dear ashtangis, here is some youtube footage of the primary series done in some dramatic locations! i’m sure we could top this in brighton – the beach, pavillion gardens, churchill square….was trying to embed it into the blog but couldn’t so here is a link instead! much love laurax

    Hey Laura,

    Awesome video! Some serious floating action going on there.

    Maybe in the Summer we could organize a group for some outdoor Ashtanga classes. I fancy practicing on the South Downs somewhere… I reckon Churchill Square would be awesome too, but maybe I’ll just hold the video camera instead ; )
