David Williams workshop, triyoga, 15-18 July

This looks really good. I’m on the verge of booking – taking a deep breath (ujjay of course), before comitting the 200 quid! Is anyone else interested?

    Hey Louise,

    Out of my current budget I’m afraid, but I’d love to meet him! I wrote this blog about him back in 2007 and it’s about David Williams’ principles of practice. Makes for really interesting reading.
